I am a strategy consultant turned quality engineer, and occasional public speaker. I have over 14 years of experience spanning multiple roles in software development, strategy consulting and process automation.
I started my career as a mechanical engineer in India’s space programme, where I assembled satellites and prepared them for launch.
After an MBA, I worked as a strategy consultant with Monitor Deloitte in 2015 and then as a technology consultant in Germany in 2017. From 2017 to 2021, I automated business processes at some of the largest companies in Germany, including BMW, Porsche, NordLB, EnBW, Mercedes-Benz and Fresenius.
In 2021, I joined Bitgrip GmbH as a test-automation engineer and a quality coach. I led the efforts to modernize our test platform by installing several test automation frameworks and integrating them with a CI/CD pipeline. Through contract testing and test-data management, we isolated our system-under-test from an external API, thereby enabling Continuous Delivery. Further, I transformed our team from a traditional QA function to a modern, DevOps-aligned quality enablement team.
I have a track record of increasing efficiency by streamlining processes and eliminating waste. My diverse background allows me to play multiple roles depending on the situation. I look forward to bringing this versatility to your team.
